Factory replacement for the P365-XMACRO grip module. It features a true 1913 accessory rail and three interchangeable backstraps (S, M, L) to ensure a proper fit for the user's hand. The medium backstrap comes preinstalled.
California State Compliant with Magazine Disconnect Mechanism, which prevents firing with the magazine removed.
Compatible with the P365-XMACRO length magazines.
Compatible with California manual safety P365 FCUs (Fire Control Unit).
Note: A compatible slide assembly (P365-XL or XMACRO length) and magazine must be used.
